Step 1: Confirm signature

Verify that the autograph(s) is listed on our Fee Schedule.

Items Not Accepted

Due to handling, space limitations, and authentication provisions we do not accept the items (listed below) through the mail or package carrier service. Bulky items can be reviewed during a scheduled office appointment or at one of the many industry trade shows ACE attends.

    • Framed Items – All items must be removed from their frame before being submitted
    • Heavy Items – Defined as a single object weighing more than 30 lbs.
    • Large Items – Large trophies, furniture, guitars, or other odd shaped objects including hockey sticks.
    • Team Signed Items – ACE only authenticates team signed baseballs or multi-signed items. Unfortunately ACE does not authenticate any other team signed items.

Click on the above link to download an ACE submission form. Fill out all fields on the submission form, including: current shipping address, day and evening phone numbers, e-mail address, and method of payment (major credit card, money order, or check).

Please refer to the shipping and handling chart on the second page of the invoice to calculate return shipping charges. Be sure to list out the declared value of each item. The declared value is only used for insurance purposes.

If you would like to have your submission shipped back on your own shipping account please provide either your FEDEX or UPS account number. Unless you provide your own shipping account all submissions will be returned via UPS.

Step 3: Shipping your Submission

Please be careful in packing your submission so as to protect your collectible(s) during their time in transit. Please verify that you have included a completed submission form and payment before shipping.

Turnaround Time

Our typical turnaround time is between ten and twenty business days. This does not include time for shipping back to you. You will receive up-dates via email as to the status of your submission. Please do not call in regard to the status of your submission unless your submission has exceeded twenty business days.
